Law is enforced when concious fails. Plastic bags were banned for the same reason. But the sudden enforcement ended up increase small vendors overhead costs & lessened their profit margin.

 Shruti Naidu reacted to this situation in a distinctive way. She not only distrubuted cloth bags to such vendors but also made this a movement by repeatedly providing such bags  in Bengaluru and Mysuru. And of course it was Hercules task she did with her friends…
